          MNA Auto Parts Returns

M n A Auto Parts Store Return Policy – Please read all information regarding M n A Auto Parts’ policy on return, exchange and Refund for instore and online purchases carefully. 

Thank you for shopping at M n A Auto Parts. Our goal as the leading Auto Parts and Accessories supplier in the Caribbean is to provide our customers with the most comfortable and rewarding shopping experience and the highest quality products available. If you are not entirely pleased with the product you have purchased, we are happy to assist you in any way we can.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form. After receiving a RMA Form fill it out and place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

M n A Store Returns Policy 

Items returned to the M N A Auto Parts physical outlet for a refund within 10-days of purchase are subject to M n A Auto Parts return guidelines. Items that require installation must be installed by a professional to avoid damage. Please do not destroy or in any way damage the packaging of your item before you are sure that it is the right fit for what you need. Do not remove labels and other manufacturer markings and signs from items, making the product nonrefundable. 

Store Return Policy Guidelines

Suppose you have purchased an item at M n A Auto Parts’ outlet you wish to return. In that case, we are pleased to offer a Return/Exchange Policy that allows us to accept Return/Exchanges within 10-Days of the purchase. For items purchased online at mnaautoparts.com and picked up at the M n A Auto Parts outlet, your return date will be ten days from the date you received your item. You must contact us within 10-days of receiving your product and produce a legible M n A Auto Parts receipt showing proof of purchase of the returned item. 

Customers MUST meet the following conditions for processing Returns/Exchanges:           

  • Received items that came defective from the manufacturer. 
  • Item does not function according to specifications listed on the M n A Auto Parts website. 
  • Item is returned within ten days of purchasing/receiving it. 
  • The item must be in its original packaging. If you break the seal, the packaging must otherwise remain intact. 
  • The item must not show signs of use, damage or wear and tear.

Store Exchange Policy Guidelines

Only items purchased from M n A Auto Parts can be returned/exchanged for equal total value products. Exchanges will be treated as product exchange only. M n A will not combine cash refunds with goods exchange. Customers who wish to exchange items purchased at an M n A Auto Parts outlet can do so within 10-Days of the Store purchase. As a reminder, items purchased online at mnaautoparts.com and picked up at the M n A Auto Parts outlet; your return date will be ten days from the date you received your item. You must contact us within 10-days of receiving your product and produce a legible and M n A Auto Parts receipt showing proof of purchase of the returned item. Refund/Exchange 

Please note that when you Return, Exchange an item, our method of refunding you may vary based on your payment method. We will complete your Cash Refunds at the M n A Auto Parts outlet for refunds based on a Cash purchase. You will receive a 100% refund once your returned item meets the conditions for processing Returns/Refunds. Refunds to Credit Cards can take up to five (5) business days before you can access your funds, depending on your Bank’s clearing policy. M n A Auto will only process partial refunds of items bought in pairs once Customers return them in their original condition and packaging. Items that require installation must be installed by a professional to avoid damage. Please do not destroy or in any way damage the packaging for your item before you are sure that it is the right fit for what you need. Do not remove labels and other manufacturer markings and signs from items, making the product nonrefundable. 

Refunds to Debit Cards can take as much as ten (10) days, depending on your banks clearing policy. 

Customers MUST meet the following conditions for processing Return/Exchanges:   

  • M n A will only exchange items purchased based on a receipt showing proof of purchase. 
  • M n A will not combine cash refund with the exchange of items. All trades can be for multiple items in Store so long as those items’ total value does not exceed the value of the item being returned. 
  •  M n A Auto Parts will not be held responsible for the Customer’s choice of items exchanged. 
  • Once the Customer exchanges an item, the return policy will apply. 
  • Item came defective from the manufacturer. 
  • Item does not function according to specifications listed on the M n A Auto Parts website. 
  • Item is returned within ten days of purchasing/receiving it. 
  • The item must be in its original packaging. If the Customer breaks the seal, the packaging must otherwise remain intact. 
  • The item must not show signs of use, damage or wear and tear.

Shipping Policy 

M n A Auto Parts is not liable for items damage that occurs during the shipment of items. We will be responsible for delivering items purchased to the Shipping/Courier Service of your choice. 

M n A ships domestically as well as throughout the Caribbean and Internationally. For queries about domestic shipments to French and Dutch St. Maarten or anywhere in the Caribbean, please email [email protected] or call +721-544-4122. 

M n A utilizes all local St. Maarten Shipping Companies that provide service to the different Caribbean destinations, including FedEx, UPS and DHL. Shipments are forwarded to your physical address via air freight or ocean freight. Customers can select a preferred shipment option. M n A Auto Parts is responsible for packaging the items for shipment and delivering them to the Customer’s Shipper of choice. 

Suppose the Customer does not have a particular shipper? In that case, M n A Auto Parts will select the most suitable and readily available Shipping Company. M n A is responsible for the condition of items before they are turned over to the Shipper for processing. 

You can choose from our website which shipping option you prefer. Please ensure that you provide accurate mailing/physical address information, including telephone number and email address, to avoid shipping delays. 

M n A has a minimum order for shipment of US$50.00 purchases. Customers who purchase less than US$50 will be charged an additional 2% for processing the shipment. 

M n A Auto Parts does not have a flat rate for shipping. All charges are based on what your shipping company of choice charges. It is the responsibility of the Customer to clear/process all shipments addressed to them. Any Port Fees, Duties and Taxes attached to packages is for the Customer’s account. 

In cases where the Shipping Company selected by the Customer offers a package tracking service, M n A Auto Parts will provide this information to the Customer. 

When the Shipping Company does not offer a tracking service, the Customer is given a copy of the shipping documents as proof that the items are on their way. 

M n A Auto Parts is in no way liable for damage, loss, or destruction of any items shipped to Customers via any of the available Shipping Companies. 

Customers who make small purchases online can pick up their items when they visit the M n A outlet. Customers with larger purchases can request shipping to your physical location, which is not a Mail Box. Items delivered to Customer must be signed for proof that it was received in good order, once Customer inspects and accepts the items. On Island, purchases are shipped between 12-noon and -5:00pm Monday to Friday for items purchased at least 12-hours before. Next day delivery is based on product availability, weather condition, and road network logistics. 

M n A prides itself on having the most extensive Auto Parts and Accessories Warehouse in the Caribbean. However, we can sometimes run out of certain fast-moving items due to high or sudden demand. If this occurs, we will inform you of your product’s expected arrival date at our warehouse. 

We will ship orders within a maximum of two (2) working days for domestic purchases with delivery requests and within four (5) working days for regional and international purchases. Some shipments may experience delays due to order volume or backorder or because the Shipper altered their schedule. Special orders will have a longer lead time.
